The terms, in plain words

- Public notices are republished from the Public Procurement Information Portal (tenders.go.ke), World Bank procurement notices and buyers who list with us. The buyer's own notice prevails.
- Times are Nairobi time. We do not warrant completeness; tell your readers to check the notice before they bid.
- No personal data crosses into the frame: it shows what any visitor to /open-tenders sees.
