    The tender document previously required tenderers to submit an original, duly signed and stamped pre-bid/site visit certificate issued by the Municipal Manager during the pre-bid meeting. This requirement has been amended. 2.There shall be no site visit for any of the tenders listed above. Consequently, tenderers shall not be required to submit a site visit certificate as part of the Mandatory requirement.
