EMBA/284/2025-2026/003, PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF 3 CLASSROOMS AT BONDENI PRIMARY SCHOOL Pursuant to Section 75 of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, the NG-CDF Embakasi Central Constituency office notifies all prospective tenderers as follows: 1. The works under this tender are the construction of 3 classrooms on the second floor of an existing block at Bondeni Primary School. 2. The tender document uploaded on 2nd October 2026 contained a Bill of Quantities for construction at ground floor level and did not reflect this scope. That document is withdrawn in its entirety. 3. A revised tender document, marked “Revised”, is available at www.tenders.go.ke from 5th October 2026. Tenderers must use the revised document only. Tenders prepared on the withdrawn document will be rejected as non-responsive. 4. The closing and opening date for this tender is extended to 15th October 2026 at 1000Hrs. Tenders shall be dropped in the tender box at the NG-CDF office and opened immediately thereafter in the NG-CDF Boardroom. 5. All other terms and conditions, including the mandatory documents listed in the Invitation to Tender, remain unchanged. 6. This addendum forms part of the tender document.
